Stop feeling stuck.

With a decade as a Bay Area recruiter and dual certifications in career and life coaching, I'll help you land the right next job — and build a life that fits around it.

About

Land the Job. Love the Work.

When you partner with me, you benefit from my decade as a highly skilled recruiter. I've sat on the hiring side of the table — I know exactly which resumes get passed over, which LinkedIn profiles get noticed, how to make a first impression in an interview, and how to negotiate an offer with confidence.

Now I use that insider perspective to make my clients impossible to overlook.

Then Go Deeper:
Coaching for the Whole Life

Most clients come to me for a job search. Many stay for something bigger. As an ICF-certified life coach, I help clients move past imposter syndrome, manage stress, build confidence, and create balance — because a career you love only matters inside a life you love.

"I was able to start a new job that I love, accomplish meaningful goals in my hobbies and personal life, and stay on top of the things I had been struggling with."

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a career coach do?

A career coach helps you clarify your goals, then gives you the tools to reach them — resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, networking strategy, and salary negotiation. As a former recruiter, I coach from the employer's side of the table, so you know exactly what hiring managers are looking for.

Do you only work with clients in the Bay Area?

No. I'm based in Walnut Creek, California, and many clients are local to the East Bay — but I coach clients across the U.S. through convenient video sessions.

What's the difference between career coaching and life coaching?

Career coaching focuses on your professional path: job search, interviews, promotions, and career change. Life coaching goes deeper — confidence, stress, relationships, habits, and balance. Many of my clients start with a career goal and discover the deeper work is what makes the change stick. I'm certified in both, so we can move between them as your needs evolve.

How do I get started?

Book a free consultation. We'll talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're the right fit — no pressure, no obligation.

How much does career coaching cost?

Pricing depends on your goals and the package we design together — the free consultation is where we figure that out. For a transparent look at what coaching typically costs and what drives the price, read my guide:"Understanding Career Coaching Costs".
