Why Hire Me as Your Career and Life Coach?

  • I know what hiring managers are looking for and how they think.

I've spent over ten years as a successful recruiter in the competitive and sought-after San Francisco Bay Area job market. As a result, I have the hard-to-find insider's perspective that gives my clients the edge above other candidates. Over the years, I've worked with candidates of all ages and life stages, from almost every industry imaginable. My caring, smart, and intuitive approach has set up these clients for successful interviews and helped land them promotions and raises.

  • I love what I do, and I want everyone to feel as I do about their own work.

I know what it's like to feel unfulfilled at work, and this motivates me to help people find jobs they love. After graduating from college during an economic downturn, it took many years and many jobs for me to find my true passion: recruiting and career coaching. Now, I view my early struggles as a gift because they led me to this dream job.

I love my work because I get to help people in a tangible way. My greatest joy is helping clients push their limits and see RESULTS. Throughout the process, I find satisfaction in listening without judgment, digging deep, asking tough questions, and building confidence in my clients. This speaks to my unique, holistic approach to coaching. I weave together teachings from various faith traditions, mindfulness training, yoga practice, and of course, years of experience. I will lovingly push you and motivate you to achieve and exceed your goals, channeling my inner drill sergeant as necessary.

If you're ready to make a change,
I assure you I'm the right partner to help you succeed.
